Work life is terrible you can't take your own leaves untill unless any casualty is happen, doesn't matter how many casual leave, sick leaves etc you have. Brand higher authority try to look into your personal life and always try to be detective. I am talking about Armani exchange brand, you can go with any other brands of genesis luxury like super dry, Emporio and many more here you can work freely . Promotion chances is very less until unless higher authority wants to do so, They only makes fool to there staff by boosting there motivation and told them that soon they will be promote.😂 H.R🤦🏻😂 HR is puppet of operation and brand head, so basically there is no one to listen you except higher authority which are busy in doing dictatorship. Employees turn rate is encresed day by day in Armani exchange . After completed my graduation I am recruited from campus placement, i am seeing there assistant manager who is higher secondary pass .

I liked all the brands which take care by genesis like jimmy choo maickel kors hugo boss etc.so that's what I like about genesis

Since i m working there from last 1.7 years but still I haven't get any salary increment and any kind of growth they transfer any time any where no time period nothing they gave and its really annoying there are some people like who sit on high post but they don't know that what is genesis all about they have made some brands like fish market no standards they don't even bother about their staff

There is no opportunity to growth for future...only one work have to do is sale the sarees as a street shop salesman Thats all...

The only thing which I used to like was the learning as you can learn a lot.

There are several people who have grabbed the high level chair and every work is delegated to the junior level employee and are held responsible for their decisions taken by higher level. Apart from this there is no job security specifically who are new or almost an year old in the company.
