There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign.

The company is not open to innovation at all, it dont need skilled , experienced and certified engineers, rather it hiers nln technical persons ,more than requirements, and suddenly terminate when no or less work. Not following its own employee policies. Terrible experence with this company..

It hiers anyone, with less knowledge and terminate old employees without any intimation, or compensation at all.

Working environment is good,salary comes on time and vedang has a great team for every small work,so there is a no problem in any arrangement,ohs policies are good.
