Dislikes

Untrained and unprofessional team members, no standard appraisal or assessment process. Highly demotivating management. Management abuses the staff to core - physically, mentally and emotionally, also uses abusive language and threats. No specific job responsibilities, staff expected to work as per the management's whims and fancies. Never ever work for this company.
