My company is supporting me very time and this time they gives us very good protection and all type of security that we have to taken .good work environment and culture.

This is not any political issues but management have to address our issues. Salary and career growth is slow.

Job security is good, work culture is average. You will have a lot of things to learn as lot of errors come in the companies financial reporting system. You will grow if you take initiative.

Pay is on the lower side. Area is very secluded no restaurants and eating joints nearby.

Good work environment and culture. All staffs are supportive and helpful. Management are likely good, salary and other benefits are good, but increment is average, mainly depends upon your skills and capabilities. There is no cafeteria in any unit of Vectus across India.

The work style and apps are decent. If I talk about salary, all thing is good.
