...if it is pre planned. 6. No work from home even heavy cyclone, rainfall, etc. 7. You salary may be reduced to half anytime without notice. 8. Delayed salary date. 9. No PF credit to PF accounts. 10. No income tax filing but income tax money will be debited in your salary. 11. No form 16. 12. No relieving if you want to leave the company.

There is nothing you can write in this section. Employees are good and capable of doing good things. If you want to get a pay hike join try to stay for 6 months and simply vanish. Sustaining 6 months is also difficult. The only culprit is the CEO. There is no option for a minus. Otherwise we should rate them in minus.

Dislikes

Never ever step into this company. If you are in you will be happy when you are out.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
