I don't like teammates, job security, career growth, salary, politics, work environment, work Life, balance etc.. management and teammates communication skills is so bad for training. Management and teammates are not think for training career and life. Can't follow rules and regulations for training career growth. I'm doing two year training in diplomatic operator and my performance is good then other training. But today I'm job less . Region is management and teammates don't think for my life..

...here is no restriction. U can escalate any issue or demand to higher management. U will get resolution except salary.....

U have to work on weekends also as per requirement and there is requirement on every weekend. Also u have to xtend you time beyond office hours. All mentioned above is normal from the perspective of Manager & HR.

...exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment. Having a job with 50% less pay is better than this. Top management not at all listens to new people specially campus hires dont come to this organization they will fool you in name of volvo. No career growth , no respect

Nothing is there to like worst culture, worst people eicher engineering component have leaders who don't beleive in listening just use abusive words with youngsters and try to make the work , lots of fraud is going on in name of hiring they hire any people at any grade no parity, hr team is helpless ...they don't promote to new ideas and life for campus hires is worst #campus hires dont join volvo ....,hr ,business head, and plant head all are worst no culture, even hr is helpless plant head and business heads don't even listen to them...
