Overall rating is good, superiors are very supportive, learning, career growth.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, there is lot of pressure for work, salary growth is very poor and lot of politics in management.

...here is no restriction. U can escalate any issue or demand to higher management. U will get resolution except salary.....

Dislikes

U have to work on weekends also as per requirement and there is requirement on every weekend. Also u have to xtend you time beyond office hours. All mentioned above is normal from the perspective of Manager & HR.

...exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment. Having a job with 50% less pay is better than this. Top management not at all listens to new people specially campus hires dont come to this organization they will fool you in name of volvo. No career growth , no respect

Nothing is there to like worst culture, worst people eicher engineering component have leaders who don't beleive in listening just use abusive words with youngsters and try to make the work , lots of fraud is going on in name of hiring they hire any people at any grade no parity, hr team is helpless ...they don't promote to new ideas and life for campus hires is worst #campus hires dont join volvo ....,hr ,business head, and plant head all are worst no culture, even hr is helpless plant head and business heads don't even listen to them...

Company is very excellent , he always pay the attention to our worker.

Dislikes

There are highly posted person is not doing properly work, they are misuse the company worker time & he is doing our personal work in office time. There are no any person who can stop this activities. I don't like of this type culture.

Dislikes

No revision related to salary since last 15+ years . Also there is no bifurgigation of salary based on different level . An asst. Manager can get more than salary of deputy manager and similar for all levels
