And regarding salary it fixed there is no increment/ appraisal like after 1 year experience and all. Apart from this company is good

Compared to other companies VDart gives 100% job security to thier employees but when your performance is too low then you will be queued. Rather than that management ,company policies are far than other organizations. Work Environment very good comfortable with VDart
