...uring breaks are very worst. Employee gross value income is very lower on VDart. Our company salary is significantly lower in compared to the indian market.

The salary is very low and we can never expect a decent hike after completing a year with VDart. Even if you are an excellent performer, you will be given 3-5k as hike. Your salary will never be a match for your experience 😔. Also they will treat you different once you are out of the organisation. They will pretend to be nice when you are an employee.👎🏻

I reaqlly appreciate the work culture at VDart. My teammate is incredibly supportive and adds to the positive admosphere. Although i used to enjoy the food provided by VDart at the beginning, my preferences have since changed. I genuinely enjoy working with a company like this, especially because they conduct beneficial learning and development sessions, as well as lunch and learn sessions. Additionally, they have the website with LMS portal that offers various free awareness courses, which I find very helpful.

...we may be expected to extend for some extra hours if we fail to meet our target. Furthermore, our salary is much lowe compared to market norms. Initially this company provide good quality food for dinner and healthy drinks during break time. Howerever, now the quality of the food for dinner is not good and the snacks provided during breaks are not helathy. Moreover, job security solely depends on the feedback given by the superiors.
