It gives opportunity to many freshers as well as new talent. Policies are good and they pay your salary without delay.

Dislikes

They are not having any fun activities or any extra curriculum activities even they didn't invite for company lunch or dinner. Face to face Town Hall is very rare.

I like culture of VDA infosolution and salary is on time. HR department is active and supportive. Manager are really good. No need to do overtime.

Salary is less. Need to give access like udemy site and as per course completion need to give pramotion.

No work - life balance, no support from PM even from higher authority. Very bad environment. Politics is going on always. Work talent come up after there connection with associates.wo work ethics

Working since last 5 years but still I am on same position and increments also 700 to 1000 per year. Also mental harassment is too much no one can expect to work in this company

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary also very low as per senior base.career growth is also slow. working 3 eng work in a shift still they are not happy and talking very bery badly with eng.

There is no problem management , Salary deduction, they say they will give allowance but later after calling them many times they reject it and there is no allowance, always change the sites because of this there is no way of getting comfortable with particular organization, no increment after 2 years also .. never join this organisation.
