The working hours (3/3) is good however the staff is low and has to work 4th day as well.

... of politics. They don’t give promotions based on experience or performance. To avoid giving salary hike they abruptly remove people from the company giving lane excuses. They threaten not to give experience letter if we do not resign when they ask us to. Worst company that I have worked for. The whole organisation is controlled by 3 people (2 of them are a couple) They bring their family into the company and give appraisal to them.

Only good thing about company is that they provide 3 days working and 3 days off so it's good of you want to paln holidays you just have to apply 3 days leave and can enjoy 9 days off

Dislikes

There is no growth in French department and there is always jealousy factor of other departments. Supervisors also hold grudges against other departments and do differentiation. No AC cabs provided even in the scrotching heat of 43° C

There is nothing to like. Even wash room also don't have properly.

Please don't join, there's no job guarantee. Any time they can fire you with immediate effect white out any reason. They don't fallow any structure of performance and feedback system. In office they can use unethical slangs, please don't join and rune your career. Even the head of the company hates Hindu or other culture as he is a Cristian, you never get a leave for Hindu or other fastival. Social he targeted Hindu, if you carry any god ideal with you he will scole with volgar language even HR support them, onlybhe allowed Cristian cluture celebration and all fallows. So headache. Please don't join, in this company.

There's nothing to say Even this company don't like Hindu culture events as md is Cristian. Even if you put one Gunesh idol in your desk he. Will scold you with bad manaers... So please pathetic work culture.

One of the worest work culture. There's no job security. There's no human behaviour or respect to other employees. Any time any wrong word can be used management some times use worest f*** words also. Any time they can fire. And will replace with new for temporary and then they will fire hum . Simple way to save the money. Please don't join this company at all.

One of the worst companies ever worked in. Waste of time and waste of skills working in this company. Matthew, Girish, Ishani and Deepika are the three main people who run the company and screw people's lives to maintain their company or keep going. Freshers and experienced do not waste your time and ruin your life.

Dislikes

No life, no personal time, they force you to work on your week offs. Or they blackmail you as well. HR is a puppet and dance to every song that management plays. They accuse you of not performing well or accuse you misbehaved with some employee which is already arranged by management.
