...ant to work here then forget about paid and sick leaves. Incompetent Hr They give a lollipop of double salary. Please dont take it. Work invironment is null and promotion are based on favouritism. Please don't work here this is not a right place to build your career.

Pls don't join this company bcoz they have so many hidden profiles all are related to salary deduction. Employee satisfaction is Zero . There are not a single leave ( EL, CL,SL, Holiday nothing). I have filed a case under labour court for this company bcoz they do mantal harrisment with employees .

Managers are very helpful and very good in nature. Work culture is also good.

There is no leave policy here so if you take leave your salary should be deducted there should be a revision is needed in leave policies.

Work culture is good as a Bpo has. Salary on time, overtime pay is on time. Work life balance is on toss being in night shift that too with extra hours of working. Management is helpful HR department is okay.

Dislikes

Extended working hours on the name of process requirements, less leaves get approved even when you apply one month in advance. job security is on toss as no body knows which day client will report any issues either with quality, or certain customer's email against any associate. Transport department running the process.

Nothing is good for this company except one that hou will get your salary on time.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. You need to on daily basis to secure your job. No career growth and a very bad work environment.
