It's a good organization with great work life balance.

Dislikes

Their pay scale and promotions are pathetic. Employees who've been working there for 2 years are still getting 18k per month. Can you believe it? And same employees get raise of what 2k as appraisal.

I like the way owners of this company teat their employees, and keep such a great and transparent way of communication. They actually believe in building relations not just for saying, they prove it.

Dislikes

For salary, benefits and appraisals, I have average since these things can be better and can be more impactful.

Likes

Transparency in terms of Incentives. Proper Salary Celebration of every Festival. Emergency leave always accepted.

Dislikes

Office Politics on small things by Junior employees. Issues in terms of Job requirements. Client Issues. Manager doesn’t want understand the complain of the employees.

Work life balance. Good office activities. Sat sun fixed off

Dislikes

...rarchy. Only pleaser employees will be on priority than hard working employees. Less salary and below average appraisal.

Great leaders who are always holding your back so that you can achieve your desired goals. The best part is that in spite of being at any job role you can approach to any of the top level Mgmt if you think that your issue isn’t being addressed by your immediate lead/manager.

Dislikes

Salary is bit less compared to the industry.
