- being at contractual position salary is given at 15th of every month - very unprofesssional, HR talks in whatsApp no formal way of communication - no job security , when joining their contractual position see the doc properly very extreme clauses written

You get to learn a lot as you are required to work for 10 hours a day and on weekends too

Highly unprofessional ( they don't have an office boy in place, they make employees do all the office boy work) The CEO uses F words for the employees Make employees work on weekends too Extreme level of micromanagement They do not provide laptops for work They don't have a coffee machine at the place They use employee's resources for office operations

This company provides opportunities to freshers n nothing else

leaves compensation not allowed , n work life balance is not so good. Also having small projects this company is only suitable for internship not for full time.
