Yes Yes lots of dislikes. They want good talented candidate but they are not ready to pay. Very bad culture and rude behaviour of seniors.

The flexibility of the company is good. If you are in a good team then you will be able to learn new things.

Dislikes

The company lacks a proper finance team, making it difficult to resolve financial issues in a timely manner. There is also no dedicated HR to assist with required docs, and getting signed or stamped paperwork is a lengthy and frustrating process. Additionally, there is a clear bias between teams regarding salaries - one team is told there is no budget for raises, while another receives generous appraisals. These issues create confusion and dissatisfaction among employees.

In Vayana, Engieering lead(Senior Vice President) is looking for the all DevOps work. He is a very egoistic person. His usual statement is like "I have created this team and if needed then i can again create the whole team from scratch". No respect for the team. Everytime he'll be like if you have any issue then bring it up to me then instead of solving or just try out any solution he'll blame the person. Instead of solving the problem he will blame the person and say you are playing politics.

Most crucial is work life balance. Flexibility to manage both while working from office or wfh as required. Learning is constant giving you opportunity for continous growth technically. Encouraging new ideas. Contrubutions are highlighted and rewarded Culture is great, nurturing ownership & responsibility, building confident mindsets. Open door policy where anyone/everyone in management is available for you.
