Low salary and no growth. Any engineer want to improve his knowledge as well as grow up his salary as per experience but there experience was increase but salary very low. It's not possible to manage. Otherwise company was very good.

...and response is positive but third party work place and work culture is so poor.if client company increase your salary than increase your salary otherwise not increase any single pie.overall experience is average with vayam but client company experience is very poor.

...all world facing lot of problems due to covid-19 and many organizations had lay off and cut off the salary but this organisation didn't cut and layoff me.
