For project engineers salary hike is not much. If you're going for PAN INDIA projects, on-site expenses might get a lot and recovering it is also quite difficult sometimes

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133.
