There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I had a good time with vatika around one and half year. Actually after resigning from the post of technical team leader, I faced many problems to get salary and pf and it was really bad for me. But in future if I will have a chance to serve for vatika, it will be a great thing for me.

Salary must be suitable according to the talent and designation. It doesn't matter that you are working from many years.

My observation from vatika hotel private limited H.R department very good person and listening to all matter. Any time help to the employees from H.R department. And with good adminstration of HR head

Company CEO A.K Singh , Kamlesh, Prashant Pandey and CSO Deepak Datta those persons are politics of Environment and those persons are bribe to another person. Those people are collecting to the money new joining employees.

Job is not secure ,no any benefit by company

No promotions,no increment not a good culture of working Many employees are working with Vatika (Enviro )to 10-15 years but they didn't promoted,and not a good increment No any benefit,only a week off is provided
