Main thing is concerned about salary. Managers are not enquired ground level report. who is the hard work and best . Managers are not recognise. Someone said to the manager that's do him like, that's not correct . Production people how much hard working known to all the department but production people's not satisfied in salary matters. That is concerned about salary

Employes Larning class & cGMP class.all Head of the department,close to employees. Strict EHS policy (safe working condition to all employees) evey month EHS department conducting 1day safty plage. EHS department conducting Every month safety training program.All culture activities. Dasara Fastival time all employees playing games. Not only fastival time calibrating world environmental day.This organization like central government job.This organization like central government gob.no extra time working.

low increments this dislike of the organization to late but pay to single ruppe to employee (increments with areil’s). Manual documention.
