I will rate them 0 rating. So disappointed with the experience of this company as i m working here from 6months and I haven’t get my salary of 3 months and no body is there to listen and asking me to work further. How will i trust them that i will get the salary further if i m not getting last salaries till yet so worst experience ever. i will never recommend anyone to join this worst company and whosever is going to join them please don’t join they will harass you as they don’t have any stand and just hiring the employees and making them fool. So non serious management who are playing with the salaries of their employees

No one hearing your problem hr team have no resolution for your queries. They are not paying salary in notice period. I have serving 60 days notice period without pay.

Some seniors in this company having much bad behaviour, Even they are not support in work culture, Not heving positive attitude, Senior management not involve and not having any knowledge about this, Very bad experience with this company Regards

Worst Work Environment, It will destroy the personal life, No public holidays, no leaves even in any emergency, if you are on leave then you have to work from home, No support from your seniors or HR Team.You will lost your decisioning ability if you are in Operations or In Credit.

Vastu finserve have a good system for every employee to login disbursement and tracking of team members and no any long process for this this is very easy and systematic. I appreciate this type of work.
