Nothing, this is not an organization, it is a Shop which is being run to pay the mothly EMI's of the Assets being acquired by Ajay Sahoo

...head, as i said above this is not an organization where you can see your future. No date for salary, no P.F, no salary slip, no H.R, no Policies, no Ethics, no Culture, no Training, no Sales support, no Tele-caller, before joining they will tell you many fake things about their Shop but you will get your appointment letter while leaving and they will make you suffer and cry for final settlement amount. Ajay Sahoo is only concerned about payment so he will follow you up for payments and nothing else. After joining you will meet a special person in this Shop. She has got special approval to come late to office, she doesn't pick calls as she is sick most of the time overall she will be your boss and she will rule over you and take decisions, and the most important thing if you say anything against her, you will be kicked out without any reason or notice.

Innovative solution for B2C. Really I like the way company expansion plan. Expect in next 3years it will be in next stage.

Due to some people suffering all, happy to know that now company starting restructure the organisation.
