Very bad culture and the admin acts as if he is the ceo of the company coming up with mentally harassing policies for employees. Honestly there is no culture and if you want your growth to be stagnant stay here no problem else I would not recommend even my enemies joining this organization because of the mental torcher and harassment I faced due to bunch of inexperienced folks. Literal bias Ceo who will never listen to your opnion no matter how valid your argument is. If you DESIRE respect and authority cause you are building the product in a workplace this place is not something I would ever recommend as a designer. Here features are given priority based on backend engineers who decide which features to implement, haha one of the reasons this company will never make profits. Worst deadliness too, they tell you to make whole flow UI Designs in a day or revamp the whole dashboard in a day and then come up with complaints regarding your tasks and flow breaks like seriously bro. Worst decision of my life to join this company. No usability studies or User Testing is conducted and you are given pathetic PRDs to work. Inshort: A product and company with no vision who has given immense power to freshers who don't know how to run this company. HR is an idiot too if you try to ask for help she will in turn drop mail complaints about you directly to the CEO to taint your image. Everyone is always looking to save their A****s, in order to save their's they talk behind your back and inturn get you laid off for no reasons at all. Most toxic place you can find to work at.

Vasitum is a good place to work at. The colleagues are fun and supportive. The overall environment is joyful. Thw work life balance can be maintained properly with the flexible policies

Sometimes work load gets much leading to less or no time for self learning and growth
