1- Salary not on time. 2- HR policy not favourable towards employee. 3- HR is rude. 4- Not getting diwali bonus and other perks on time even if you leave job. 5- No job security. 6- Full and final settlement not done on time it takes more than 2yrs.

Job is secured. It is like a semi government company.

Dislikes

Salary is deferred by 5-6 months. Very difficult to sustain and survive. Company doesn't have funds. Nobody has answers from top to bottom. HR is clueless everytime you approach to them.

not really . bcoz without salary nobody will work. Pune area has major salary issues.

salary never on time, it will be delayed by 2/4 months. every month you need to asked for salary. Bonus and LTA, you should forget. HR confirmed that Company has Funds issue. from last 10 years, company facing funds issue. salary above 1lacs delayed by 3 months. no Saturday off, without salary, you have to go out of station , you need to invest your money to travel.

...y safe and healthy especially for ladies. monday to friday strict working times. Employee benefits are LTA and medical compensation as a one gross salary every year. Diwali Bonus is one basic included in ctc.

Salary is irregular, sometimes it takes 2-3 months which creates financial insecurity. since four years not getting Diwali bonus / LTA medical which is long pending with company. Internal politics is very high so it difficult to make your progress.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
