...oyees covid test conducted ..only negative people working in our organisation .. postive people take rest in hme company pay leaves recovery test money given. Inside vasantha temperature 🌡️ checking three times mrng ,after noon and evening maintain social distance. Tea time given kashayam ..arrange h.r team and luch time arranged lemon ginger and garlic .I thanking you vasntha very support for our health..

The management of Vasantha is very friendly and supportive, particularly MD of Vasantha tools is very support to employees and provide the secure to employees family,as per my experience any thing wrong with employees only, management side there is no issues.overall good management.

They are not support to employees,they were working us at the time of lockdown, but they didn't gave us full salaries,but job is secured,rules of the company to the employees are different for every person to person rules has been changed

HR management worest their rules are changed person to person so I am not comfortable with this

I would love to continue with Vasantha tools for another 15 years ,the work environment,the management ,the technology & the the skilled technicians are really incredible

I would like to write here one point that the carrier/position growth opportunity is very less even if u will continue for 10-15 years also u will not get that

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
