Very encouraging environment when i was working. Mr. PM Rao is a source of inspiration to many young engineers and excellence chemical engineering i never come across till now.

When you ask about COVID-19 precautions at vasant chemicals, i will say our management at best to create awareness about the pandemic at the beginning and urgent individuals to the precautions against the virus. In Vasant we have good work environment and culture. The management is very transparent and Teammates are supportive. The Company policies are good and supportive.

I am really said that vasant organization is an growthful and give more opportunities to competent people in various levels , The organisation will always encourage people's their innovative technologies and efforts towards reaching the set goal by management commitment and so forth.

I am really sad about organization culture means negative ,why because there is no proper control, communication cooperation between the individuals and levels of management.
