...job change. Please take spare time,study and upgrade but do not join Varutra. Your salary can be reduced even on second day of joining without any reason. CTO changes decision 4 times a week. If you join in IT department you have to look after HR and admin work also They think only about security specialist and nobody else. Only guaranteed thing you get here is depression and unhappy face of CTO everyday..

...ith binds with no proper appraisal They are hiring freshers with high amount of internship fees and giving their own pay to them back and once certain period is done they would fire them or lay off with no second thoughts & work culture completely biased

First of all the operation head Vijay Mohan don’t even know what to do and how to do they use on bench candidates to fulfil their work loads. Even they tell us to make effort estimation. The company listens only to the female employees.

If anyone really seriously reading this and wanted to know seriously inside about the company then please read this I am expressing from my heart that never ever join this company in your life it will make your professional life career miserable

There is long list of things dislike for this company mostly first and foremost management is worst HR is more worst and it will make one's life miserable

Too much internal politics, lowest appraisal, client is praised and employees are not even looked at.

In, short, worst experience , strict timing and literally have to explain everything even if you want leave.
