It's completely about branch manager behaviour. Though there is a pressure for sales executive they have some respect right . But managers speak like uneducated fellow, uses bad words, brings family in between and completely discourage you by worst words

...health issues so we didn't not send to work by the permission we tooked leave...but every month 4th will be credit my salary but this month because of leave varun motors management didn't credited my salary... We feel very bad about management.... please maruti suzuki take action because of like this management totally name will become spoil...make sure it as soon as possible 🙏 don't hurt by the holding salary family will be depending on them so take it seriously..... Thanks
