It's a big company owning many showrooms and service centers all over Andhra and telengana. Everything is Done with discipline.

Dislikes

They give promotion without increase in salary. For example an employee will become manager with salary of 12k to 13k it was his previous salary.

It is a fraud company that is looting people like 20k per head on the name of Indigo Airlines. Do not respond to such calls where they are asking for a payment to give a job, or for an interview or an offer letter. All the Job portals must blacklist them and people like this. In 1 day itself they collected more than 20Lakhs from innocent job seekers.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
