Third party pay, No appraisal, incentive, staff is very poor, poor office conditions, no promotions, Don't care about employees, no pick and drop, Worst management and system, not any other benefits only epfo and esic is their but HR department does Listening employees problem and requirements. Every department head just want here to harassed you no one care about the ground level difficulties and you will be the reason for same if work not happen

There is lot of politics in mamagment. Salary disposit on time but increment is very low rate. There is no propar work

Nepotism, some Unskilled Managers have bad egos. They are just withdrawing the salary from the organisation but they don't have the skill to develop their team and Market

Here no senior allows any junior to progress, like people who have been working for 10 years work here but they are never allowed to get promoted because they promote their own people

The company culture is poor, with too much politics between manager and staffs . Operators are not following the instructions of the staff. The management and HR department also fail to hold operators decipline. Manager also not supportive to staffs
