A meagre sum of 350 is not going to cut if one is to work in the market day in day out, maintain cooler purity and buy the PSRs lunch done out of professional courtesy. If the company would like to have CEs work with 100% commitment, please raise the TA DA for the executives. We're not asking for much. Just take care of your people and we will take care of your business.
