Overall it was decent working experience with VBL. Hiring team shall avoid false tactics & provide clarity on job description & salary they are going to provide actually. Nothing much to learn for a Mechanical Engineer in this position called Market Equipment Executive. It is a non technical job requires a bit management & relationship building skill. Other than this, a mechanical engineer does only photography at paan shops & other colddrink seller shops in local markets. Opportunities at other industries are lesser once you join this position. Other than Market Equipment Executive, this is best organization for Sales & MBA candidates.

Work life balance is not there Engineering graduates are not being given technical tasks even they are doing what matric pass can do

First of all thanks to naukri.com to given me this marvelous opportunity to enhance my skill. If we talk about company culture and Environment is good specially job security is excellent and growth/ Salary is low and company travel policy is good.

Compensation is average and growth is also very slow.The work pressure is very high and everyday customer calls in the midnight for service.

Nepotism, some Unskilled Managers have bad egos. They are just withdrawing the salary from the organisation but they don't have the skill to develop their team and Market
