...ome is allowed only for deputy manager HR. She doesn't know H of human resource. She can only make salary and people upset by her very rude behaviour. She even shouts at her boss who always sleeps in office.

Everything. Commercial department is controlled by one person from Bihar. Even the head is scared of him. He has looted the company. Arlem depot security is hand in gloves with him who generates fake bills. The security guard roams with four wheeler. Everyone in the plants and depots know it. During our night shifts we discuss things all are sad but nothing improves. We are paid very less but this people loot company. The is security contractor who is chalu lomdi. He should be removed.

First of all thanks to naukri.com to given me this marvelous opportunity to enhance my skill. If we talk about company culture and Environment is good specially job security is excellent and growth/ Salary is low and company travel policy is good.

Compensation is average and growth is also very slow.The work pressure is very high and everyday customer calls in the midnight for service.

Nepotism, some Unskilled Managers have bad egos. They are just withdrawing the salary from the organisation but they don't have the skill to develop their team and Market

Here no senior allows any junior to progress, like people who have been working for 10 years work here but they are never allowed to get promoted because they promote their own people

The company culture is poor, with too much politics between manager and staffs . Operators are not following the instructions of the staff. The management and HR department also fail to hold operators decipline. Manager also not supportive to staffs
