Good part is, you will get a lot of opportunities to learn and implement things. There is great scope of learning new technical things. Your suggestions are accepted most of the times if you have real concrete analysis ready.

Dislikes

Pathetic working hours. No limit of staying back in office. No lady employee's safety. No late working hours perks/incentives. No additional trainings on any of the technologies or soft skill's training. Everything depends upon self learning. No work from option.
