Work life balance is missing. You'll have to work 6 days a week if you're put in operations. Work culture is a little bit odd.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is daily new challenges are come and i like to solve it .

Overall company is very good but salary is not dependents on talent . On the job training not given to new joinees

...ing. Staff is very helpfull and supportive. The wok and life is quite good here. But the one think I wanted to say that salary is very much poor. You will never get the salary you deserve so there is no value for your work no one approciate you of you do the great job. So if you want a balance life the Varroc is definitely a very good place. But if you want a good salary then please don't go for Varroc. Thank you!

Therevis lot a politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joined.

Have a good working environment, engineer and supervisor behave friendly with all workers, they tech us about to learn new things. They always support and encourage. I m happy to working there.

There is phone not allowed, late payment, less salary.
