Varroc is a good employer with good work culture. Flexible work hours, on time salary, peer respect. People and management are supportive. Lots of learning across various engineering disciplines. Good interactions with plant and corporate to make experience more rewarding.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not at par with industries. Need more projects / order to increase job security. No international exposure for ordinary employees.

Company Work culture. No promotion even after you are Handling and Work as Leading position. Promotion and Rating Changes Done By HR and Given to HR Relatives even after they are not Capable and don't know there work. (Need HR to work like HR)

It's about the culture of company which is very nice, collaborative, You can learn as many thing as you want but you will not get paid that much, as per company standards.

Dislikes

Just the compensation part is only factor to be disliked.
