This is not an organisation, just a placement agent who hold your salary which u get from the organisation where u r providing ur service and keep their commission then they will pay after a week every month. There is no appraisal, no salary hike, no manager who u can even talk about any issues. It's not a company!

No likes as they are the worst as an organisation to work with. With no job security and creating job instability.

Overall company has enough opportunities if an individual has their own capabilities to grab the opportunity because from management/HR's end, there will be no proper support.
