no carrier growth, no opportunity, peoples are doing same works since many years. Zero work life balance. Old school culture. Pathetic service managers, who service departmental with voilateting MNC cultors.

Too much partiality while giving appraisal, only people doing show off/ talking to director regularly will get good hike. very outdated technology use. no improvement in process.

Absolutely a brilliant place to work. Liked everything from the work culture, company policies, job security. Never faced any issues while working here.

The compensation is way below market average. They can easily rectify that. And they should come up with more career growth options as well as technical skills development plan.

No promotion policy. People are promoted and assigned as per likes dislikes of managers. Instead of performance record more value is given to word of mouth reputation

The company culture is good but I think more project count is needed.

The political environment and work environment are not good, with work pressure and zero agile methodology. Sometimes there is no work and sometimes a lot of work not to handle it.
