Manager is very unprofessional. She regularly raises her voice, shouts & insults in a meeting full of people which ends up affecting your self confidence and mental health. Focuses only on problems and not the solutions. Micromanages all the time and talks in condescending tone. She constantly demands perfection and unknowingly expresses intense anger, irritability and frustration at multiple occasions. Even after taking the issue to HR and higher management, there has been no significant changes in her behaviour. Terrible work life balance - Employees are expected to take calls at night and then show up to work the next morning. HR is incompetent, not bothered about the issues of employees and display low quality conduct. Strict wfh policies - they don't allow you to go to home town and work from home unless it's urgent (which according to them is someone's death). Please don't join this team, otherwise the organisation is good.

Too much partiality while giving appraisal, only people doing show off/ talking to director regularly will get good hike. very outdated technology use. no improvement in process.

Absolutely a brilliant place to work. Liked everything from the work culture, company policies, job security. Never faced any issues while working here.

The compensation is way below market average. They can easily rectify that. And they should come up with more career growth options as well as technical skills development plan.

Gave excellent foreign training on highly technology equivalent. With decent salary, (only for starter). Suitable job for diploma engineers.

Dislikes

no carrier growth, no opportunity, peoples are doing same works since many years. Zero work life balance. Old school culture. Pathetic service managers, who service departmental with voilateting MNC cultors.
