Very bad politics in higher management they don't know to maintain hierarchy.Bussiness head is directly call Area Sales Manager for sales no need for putting Regional manager, Zonal manager.Very pathatic and uncultured company.

... 3- PMT is directly call to field staff and make unnecessary pressure for sales. 4- At the time of increment they fixed minimum 2 to 5% annual increment in salary.

Freedom to work as per my own understanding. Many company claims that they give freedom to work but in reality things were different, but here at Varenyam they gives that freedom. Top management listen there employees point of view, and try to incorporate that for employees maximum benefits. They push every individual to give there best. But few people tries to reduce Varenyam rating socially out of immaturity. We can not rate anyone until and unless we rate first ourselves. We need to understand that our loop holes first than blame other person or any organization.
