Forget about timly increment ,also dont have attractive sallery.Hr fool new cumer to just saying that we increase your sallery after 6 month .after that they dont.Fake promises.

account head is bad attitud, shouting on employees, openly telling people to leave company, taking his relatives in job, monopoly in everything, payment made to favourate suppliers taking money and other waiting. hr dont take action, not good hr.
