...re about you and your health they just know how to take as much work from you. 3 salary increament worst I worked there I got 8000 salary in hand as new after 3 year I got 13000 salary inhand approx and now i am working in a small company not big like vssl but increment 9000 rupees per year and 2 days off Saturday and Sunday and no time bar any time come just complete your work. That is not a company it is a school .All rules are for junior for senior they can do whatever they want. 4. All one care for one's growth no one care for company growth they can loss the company if it is beneficial for themselves. 5. It is a jail if you are educated and have knowledge please don't work there. find a better company. I have more points to say but words are limited

Job secured, work culture is very good no any extra burden , company policies all are in favour of Workers ,employees , Company MD a good hearted person alwayes seek to help his employess

SMP seems i had faced that No extra manpower to Handle if another person on leave , Salary structure also low as other Competator

Good work environment, culture, system and ethics. Management is trasparent, teammates are supportive, policies are good, appraisals are fare, production linked bonus, profit sharing, these are few things, which attracts. All above are secondary things, Special thing is Mr Jain (VIce Chairman cum Managing Director). Forget all your worries as Mr Sachit Jain is always with you.

...he same goal. Increment system is also fair. It is by caliber not by face value. No delay in salary. Very strict rules for salary disbursment.

The only thing which I don't like that I am person of rolling mill, but presently working in bright bar shop. Willing to perform in rolling mill but no one is taking care for it that I can give my best their not in Bright bar shop.

For those who wants to learn, then it is an excellent place. The behavior of seniors and colleagues are very good. Company Gym is present at the plant, those who wants to do can do after office hours. The food in mess is very good.

Dislikes

The office timings are very strict and leaves are limited. As far as this is what I know.
