Hello i am komal, i am graduated as well as post graduated in psychology and i am aspiring clinical psychologist, while doing this course students ought to have real life experiences concerning mental health to grow skill sets to work further in social platform it can be hospital, de addiction hub, social welfare clubs etc... So i was also curious to know about hiw to apply those studies in real life, how to make differences in disorders and how to do counseling and all,, so i jump outt and get to the hospital and had conversation with doctor if i can join them as intern they were so polite and agreed..so finally i started my first student internship at vardham hospital under the team of psychiatrist and psychologists. *First my task was to sit and observe and to make notes. *in the end of the all of the sessions i used to discuss the cases with my trainer she used to give me research studies kind of homework.. I learned alot during this time. *in starting i used to feel little bit uncomfortable after seeing and meeting clients with different disorders. They had stories which can disturb anyone. I learned to stay calm and i learned how to handle situations of chaos. This helped me alot. The timimg was so good it didn't bothered me i was always ready to learn. And it was getting interesting day by day.

Dislikes

Sometimes my trainer have to cancel the class, because he was working in different settings. Even i was understanding his condition but this is not so good The point that i am going to mention is quite disturbing That our government is not giving much concern to mental health and mental health practitioners. Due to this my trainer have to work at different settings. For example my trainer, he used to go to de addiction hub which was situated out of the town that is why it took so long for him to reach hospital on time.
