I m very happy to work with Vardhman plastochem pvt Ltd company, Better job opportunity in future to other company bcz learning and knowledge gain more than more .so many customer in our company . Management, working systems good.

Salary low i have get only 14000 thousandin hand compare my salary Workertaken more salary & every day work to shift end as well as 12 hrs duty in every months bcz any officer going to leave only adjusting for me. He call them after shift end working more any other official work.

Worst working culture, illiterate people, No job security, high pressure working, customer never give respect to the company nor employee, always debited the salaries etc.... if any body wants to join presently who has no job/searching a job.... can join for few days.....
