Vardhman is loosing on its heavy banks of traditional value systems, culture, job security for employees which was its USP 5-7 years ago since it got set up. Some senior management representatives are using their authorities in a wrong way which is misleading the top management of the company resulting into wrong decision making relating to organization and human assets.

Work culture is good but there is no benefit at staff level. No growth is there and salary structure is very very poor.

Management and politics is at very high level.There is no growth and no performance base. Growth is only at upper level.

Company culuture and atmosphere is very good...they give us many facilities to the employee for smooth working. All employee helpful nature .

According to work salary structure very low means heavy work and low salary..

Owner thoughts are very good. A lot of old experienced people exist in the organization benefitting to sustain good culture. Yearly increament.

Salary structure is not well defined. Thought is dont compromise salary in starting . Try to get as much as possible.

No job security for Civil Engineer those are on higher management role. Those are looking for career growth please don't join Vardhman, there is no scope for promotion, increment comparing to other departments. Site higher management is biased and there is lack of transparency. Leave policy and medi-claim need to change as per leading industries in market.
