Company is good for learning & gaining experience because they don't provide good or justifying salary according to job. Leave & holiday or also less only 7 PH & 7 CL & 18 PL. Canteen are there but you have to pay Rs.30 for per plate and same luch is average quality. No extra activities training. No engagement program

Very less leave & holiday. Strict timing. No any kinds of employees engagement or freshneess program. Even tea is not free. No any kinds of celebration.

Owner thoughts are very good. A lot of old experienced people exist in the organization benefitting to sustain good culture. Yearly increament.

Salary structure is not well defined. Thought is dont compromise salary in starting . Try to get as much as possible.

No job security for Civil Engineer those are on higher management role. Those are looking for career growth please don't join Vardhman, there is no scope for promotion, increment comparing to other departments. Site higher management is biased and there is lack of transparency. Leave policy and medi-claim need to change as per leading industries in market.

Only Job security, although you will have less salary and benefits and appraisals, but your job will be secured. Because of cheaper Labours.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very poor. When you will leave vardhman, you won't have any money. This is the harsh reality of vardhman Fabrics. As well as , only sychophants will get promotions. In vardhman, there is no value of Qualifications and work Experience, even the output you give does not consider at the time of appraisal.

...and have good presentation skills, this company is the right place for him/her - No doubt salary packages are bit on the lower side - With the change of top management occurring, some strict and non negotiable decisions can be expected at any time

Dislikes

Vardhman is loosing on its heavy banks of traditional value systems, culture, job security for employees which was its USP 5-7 years ago since it got set up. Some senior management representatives are using their authorities in a wrong way which is misleading the top management of the company resulting into wrong decision making relating to organization and human assets.
