Always heard that work environment is nice. But found the exact opposite.

Dislikes

Too much flexible. People are manipulative and taking credits for work done by others. Unethical behaviour. Monopoly of seniors. Management doesn’t care about problems of employees.

Vardan EnviroLab, Jaipur is a fake laboratory. No job guarantee, no benefits, no increment. They put fake result in every report. No testing was done. If someone want to ruined there career, then only join Vardan, Jaipur branch
