Biased, arrogant, a very small minded person run a technical department with very (less ) experience team lead and that persons word is the final word in all the task even if does or does not understand the task or issue, you have to be from her team if you want to survive in that organization. If you are experienced and you want to Join this organization, you must be prepared for need to change the organization in next 6 to 7 months as one can not survive after this time.

Its been 2+ years I have been working in this organisation. I must say I got very good support from my seniors working here. It helped me not only to nurture my skills but has given me opportunity to learn new things and boost up my confidence. Despite my entire team operating from Mumbai I got immense love affection, support and criticism which helped me to do better.

Dislikes

There should be parity in Remuneration. Otherwise nothing to dislike.
