Salaries are always late and most of the time it is as if they have in place a strategy to ensure that employees can't leave them. By the time they clear the previous dues you end up working for an entire new month and now have to wait for the dues for that month to get cleared. In short working here is like being part of vicious cycle - delay, delay, delay and repeat.
