It is very good experience working with Vantage agora, I always enjoy working there and the people I work with are always reachable,good and it has the perfect platform for work culture environment. I love the fact that I am a part of team that achieves high quality and I enjoy working with higher management people and love to work as a quality check person within the team.

Dislikes

Compensation is quite decent and growth is slow. Individual unique strengths are not recognized. I do receive appreciations from the client and the team members but they go unnoticed to the higher management and I am taking care the process training of all the new joiners for our team and even it go unnoticed.

...:00 pm Notice period is for 3 months. They even play with employees PF amount. Salary is too low to survive with in an expensive city Bangalore. They don't even provide experience letter even after any employee completes 1 year n serves 3 months of notice period. There are many police complaints against this company as they torture their employees to the extent that one employee was found missing from his place leaving a note 'he finds it too hard to handle the work pressure, wants to quit but company is not releasing his 10th original marksheet.' There is no growth in that company and that work experience does not help to get any job relevant to the experience of Vantage Agora They charge extra for the transport facilities. There are no incentives, they do promise in the offer letter but never provided to any of the employees.

God's work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and the management. Company policies are good appraisal are fair.

There is a bound of 2 years which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Vantage Agora is a good place to grow if you're planning to join as a fresher. But this is also just for 2 years as after that it'll become impossible for you to work there.

Dislikes

The managers don't have any work ethics and are mostly rude to the employees. You can get fired here if you don't have good command on English as they prefer fluent English speaking people over technically sound people.
