Company is good as it's one of the Aditya Birla group company but middle and upper management is not as per the industry required. The are just saving and justifying their job by Putting frontliners in PIP and then throwing out of the company. They don't have any business plan, just doing foolish things. If Frontliners or SE, SO join the company they just risk their career. Company need to replace the upper and middle management with industry experience employees.

Boss is always right attitude in the organisation, Internal politics, No common goal, No dept wants to work together and lot more. Whatever you do your boss will be after your life for no reason.
